Therefore you will need to locate the reference number of an Initial Representation in order to make a Further Representation. All Initial Representations can be found the via the links below:

Initial Representations not submitted via the Online Portal
The Inspector undertaking the Planning Inquiry welcomes further comments and representations on the Initial Representations that have now been published. His job is to assess the Brief against legal and procedural requirements, including whether the proposals contained within the Brief are ‘sound’. There are accompanying Inspector's Guidance Notes which explain the Inquiry process in more detail and what ‘sound’ means with regard to planning documents.
If you are making a very detailed submission on an Initial Representation, i.e., more than 1,500 words, you will need to provide a short summary (not exceeding 350 words).
There are three stages for the public consultation and engagement:
Stage 1: Initial Representations (comments)
The period for making initial comments and suggestions for changes to the Draft Local Planning Brief closed at 5pm on Monday 14th October, 2024.
Please note, now the period of Initial Representations is closed, no further new topics / areas for comment can be made, over and above those already commented on and published.
Stage 2: Further Representations
At this stage, members of the public are able to make comments on the suggestions and feedback already received from the Initial Representations stage.
Stage 3: Public Hearing
The Public Hearing sessions will provide opportunities for structured discussion and scrutiny of the Local Planning Brief. Prior to the hearing sessions, the Inspector will have set out his Statement of Matters and the formal timetable for the hearing sessions.
