Planning Inquiry into Proposed Amendments to the Island Development Plan - Further Representations

Overview

Following the completion of both stages of Initial Representations, the Development & Planning Authority (D&PA) has responded to all submissions received. The Planning Inspector is now inviting Further Representations (comments) only on:

• The original Representations submitted
• The D&PA’s published responses to those Representations

Further Representations should focus only on the Initial Representations received that relate to the current proposed draft amendments to the Island Development Plan (IDP) which can be found in the following documents:
